How to use Axiom Trade: a beginner's tutorial
From an empty account to your first protected trade in eight steps. This Axiom tutorial covers setup, settings, finding tokens, buying, selling and the checks that keep memecoin trading from becoming a donation.
Axiom Trade tutorial: the eight steps
- Create the accountSign up at axiom.trade with X, Google or email and enter code trading20 so you pay 0.8% instead of 1%.
- Fund the walletAxiom creates a Solana wallet. Send SOL to its address. Start with an amount you are willing to lose entirely.
- Set presets in settingsThree quick-buy presets (for example 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 SOL), slippage, priority fee and MEV protection on.
- Find a tokenUse Pulse for launches, Discover for trending tokens, or the tracker feed for what followed wallets are buying.
- Run the safety checksMint and freeze authority off, top-10 holders reasonable, dev history clean, liquidity real, no bundled launch buys.
- Buy with one clickHit a preset button. The order routes through MEV protection and fills within a block or two.
- Arm the exitSet take-profit and stop-loss immediately. They run on Axiom's servers even when you close the tab.
- Review in PortfolioTrack open positions, realised PnL and fees. Adjust presets based on what actually filled.

Axiom settings explained
- Presets. Saved buy amounts that become one-click buttons. Keep them small at first.
- Slippage. How far the price can move before a trade fails. Launches need 15 to 25%; migrated tokens far less.
- Priority fee. Extra paid to validators for faster inclusion. Raise it when the network is busy.
- MEV protection. Routes orders privately so bots cannot sandwich you. Leave it on.
- Auto take-profit and stop-loss. Default exit levels applied to every new position, by percentage or market cap.
- Referral. Shows your active code and fee rate. If it is blank, you are paying 1%.
How to trade memecoins on Axiom without getting wrecked
The interface makes buying easy; the discipline has to come from you. Size every entry as if it will go to zero, because most do. Check the token's holders, dev history and authorities before every buy, not after. Take partial profits on the way up and let a stop-loss handle the downside. Never chase a token that already did its move. If a trade needs a bigger buy to make sense, it is not a trade.
Axiom has no paper-trading mode. Your first trades are real. Fund the wallet with an amount you can lose and treat the first week as tuition.

How do I fund my Axiom wallet?
Copy your Axiom wallet address from the top-right wallet menu and send SOL to it from an exchange or another wallet. Keep a little SOL spare for network and priority fees.
What settings should a beginner use on Axiom?
Small buy presets, 15 to 20% slippage on launches, a moderate priority fee and MEV protection on. Set a stop-loss on every position until you know the market.
How do I sell on Axiom?
Open the token from your Portfolio or the token page and use the sell presets (25%, 50%, 100%) or a custom amount. You can also set a take-profit so it sells automatically.
Is there an Axiom Trade demo?
There is no demo or paper-trading mode. Practise with very small real positions instead; see the paper trading page.

Click your profile or the gear icon in the top-right of the terminal. Settings hold presets, slippage, priority fee, MEV protection, referral info, Telegram alerts and key export.
