Axiom Trade support: help, outages and account management
Where to get help with Axiom, how to check if the platform is down, fixes for the most common problems, and how to export keys or delete your account. Support never asks for your seed phrase.

Axiom staff never DM first and never ask for a seed phrase, private key or screen share. Impersonators in Discord and on X are the most common way Axiom users lose funds.
Is Axiom Trade down?
Real outages are rare and are announced on X and Discord. More often the symptom is slow or failing fills during Solana congestion, which looks like an outage but is the network. Raise the priority fee, retry, or wait a few minutes. If the site itself will not load on two devices and Discord is full of the same report, it is an outage; open orders on Axiom's servers continue to run.
Common problems and fixes
- Trade failed. Usually slippage too low or priority fee too low. Raise both slightly and retry. See preset settings.
- Wallet shows zero. You logged in with a different method. See the login guide.
- Referral discount not showing. Codes apply only at sign-up. Check Settings, then the referral page.
- Token stuck, cannot sell. The token may have a sell tax, frozen authority or no liquidity. Check the token page; some cannot be sold at all.
- Copy trade not firing. Filters may be excluding trades, or the rule is paused. Review the rule's log.
- App out of date. Update from the store; old versions lose features.
Axiom settings that matter for security
- Export private key. Settings → wallet. Store it offline. This is your only recovery if you lose your login.
- Session management. Log out of devices you no longer use.
- Notifications. Telegram and push alerts for fills and tracked wallets.
How to delete an Axiom Trade account
- Sell or transfer every position and withdraw all SOL to another wallet.
- Export the private key anyway, in case dust or an airdrop lands later.
- Remove any connected Telegram or notification integrations.
- Open in-app support and request account deletion. Confirm the login email or handle.
Deletion removes your Axiom profile and referral links. The Solana wallet itself lives on chain and stays accessible with the exported key.

How do I contact Axiom Trade support?
Through the support option inside the terminal (profile menu) and the official Discord. Axiom's X account posts outage notices. There is no phone support.
Is Axiom Trade down?
Check Axiom's X account and Discord announcements first; Solana congestion sometimes slows fills without the site being down. If the site loads but trades fail, raise your priority fee.
How do I delete my Axiom Trade account?
Withdraw all funds, export your private key from settings as a backup, then request deletion through in-app support. Deleting the account does not delete the on-chain wallet; keep the key if any funds remain.
Will support ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Anyone in Discord or DMs asking for a seed phrase, private key or remote access is a scammer, no matter what role they claim.
I lost access to my email or X account. Can I recover my Axiom wallet?
Only if you exported the private key earlier. Export it today from settings and store it offline.
